Take all the ingredients for the dough on your work surface, add water & knead to smooth & soft dough.
Rest the dough for 20 mins.
Now prepare the filling, heat oil in a pan & saute the onions, garlic z7 chillies till slightly browned.
Next, add all the veggies, add salt & cook till the vegetables soften on medium heat.
Next, add the spice powders & cook for 5 mins.
Once done, remove the leed and let it come to room temperature.
While the filling cools, prepare thee tandoori marination, take all the ingredients in a bowl & whisk to thick & smooth marination.
Once the dough has rested, divide it into 2 portions & roll it out into a thin sheet.
Cut them into 3-4 inch circles & keep them covered.
Next, take a momo wrapper, add 1 tbsp of the filling & shape as shown in the video.
Steam the momos for 10 mins & remove
Add them to the marinade & mix well.
Next, you can either bake them or char them over an open flame.
Serve hot & drizzle with melted butter.
